# NFT Tier Matrix

There are more than 80,300 NFT projects on the Ethereum chain alone, and less than 0.1% percent of the projects are considered blue chips. In order to come up with a reasonable and trustable floor price algorithm, there should be a NFT Tier Matrix to categorize different types of NFT projects into classes, based on the following factors: volatility, trading volume, average trading activity, community size, team reputation, NFT utility, and project roadmap delivery.

Ultimately, NFT projects will be classified into 3 Tiers: Blue chips NFT, Average NFT, and Volatile NFT.
